To get to YMCA gym – make a left onto NW 25th Ave, an immediate right onto NW 34th St and drive for 2 miles to find the YMCA on the right.
To get to Nopal by Cintrón (restaurant) – make a left onto NW 25th Ave, an immediate right onto NW 34th St and drive for 2 miles to find Nopal by Cintrón on the left.
To get to University of Florida, make a left onto NW 25th Ave, an immediate left onto 34th St and campus is located at University Ave (located south of University Ave) to the left where you can take to get to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium or any other main sites at UF.
Uber is also available.
– The house is right off of 34th St and the traffic is noisy and noticeable when you are outside of the house.
-Neighbors may have dogs outside the home and you may hear them from time to time. But the neighbors are very respectful, just the dogs need to be outside sometimes but are not always outdoors.
– The city is able to empty the garbage and recycling bins on Thursday mornings. If the big black garbage bin and recycling bins are full (they should be located in the carport or just outside of the house, if they have not already been brought to the street), please bring the garbage and recycling bins to the street touching the curb anytime on Wednesday evening so they can be emptied early Thursday morning.
