The home is about 10 minutes from Butler Plaza and Celebration Pointe, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and a movie theater. The University of Florida and Ben Hill Griffin Stadium are just 15 minutes away, perfect for Gator game days. Medical travelers will appreciate being within 15 minutes of UF Health Shands Hospital and North Florida Regional Medical Center. Downtown Gainesville’s dining, nightlife, and breweries are also less than 20 minutes by car. With nearby access to I-75, day trips to local springs and state parks are easy. – You may occasionally see deer and other local wildlife around the property, which adds to the peaceful and natural setting. While they’re beautiful to watch, we kindly ask guests to admire them from a distance and avoid feeding them to help keep the wildlife safe, especially in backyard pool area.
– There are leaves, pollen, bugs, and natural debris that falls into the pool minutes after the pool is cleaned. It’s important to know that the pool is in fact maintained by a professional company and is safe to use. We encourage our guests to embrace the natural Florida surprises falling in.
– We do provide a net skimmer for you to be able to use to scoop out any debris or bugs
-Pool vacuum is to be removed while using pool and MUST be placed back in the pool once you have used the pool.
-Pool vacuum will run once a day, please be aware at other times it will be dormant at the bottom of the pool, please leave it there unless you will be using the pool.
– A technician from a local professional pool company will be coming by to clean the pool on a weekly basis.
– The city is able to empty the garbage and recycling bins on Monday mornings. If the big black garbage bin and recycling bins are full (they should be located in the carport if they have not already been brought to the street), please bring the garbage and recycling bins to the street touching the curb anytime on Sunday evening so they can be emptied early Monday morning.
– We kindly ask for guests to take shoes off at the entrance of the interior to help keep the white floors clean and maintain a sanitary environment inside the home.
