- Super Walmart: Take a left out of the neighborhood on to NW 39th Ave. Take a right on to 34th St. Find Super Walmart on the left before 13th St.
- Devil's Millhopper Geological State Park: Take a left out of the neighborhood on to NW 39th Ave. Make a right on to NW 34th St. Make a left on NW 53rd Ave. Find Devil's Millhopper on the right-hand side after passing 43rd St.
- Possum Creek Park & Skatepark: Take a left out of the neighborhood on to NW 39th Ave. Make a right on to NW 43rd St. Turn right just after the Walgreens and before the Chevron (just before 53rd Ave) and find Possum Creek straight ahead. It's just near the intersection of NW 43rd St and 53rd Ave.

- The house is a cabin feel and has plenty of wood inside, the smell of wood may be noticed in the home.
- The city is able to empty the garbage and recycling bins on Thursday mornings. If the big black garbage bin and recycling bins are full (they should be located in the carport or just outside of the house, if they have not already been brought to the street), please bring the garbage and recycling bins to the street touching the curb anytime on Wednesday evening so they can be emptied early Thursday morning.
