This house is located very close to the intersection of NW 16th Ave and NW 22nd St making it very close to the following and more:

– The house is right off of 22nd St and the traffic can be and noticeable when you are outside of the house.
-There is a requirement to climb stairs to enter this location, please see photos for reference.
-The driveway slopes downward, just an FYI as when you find the property for the first time it may be harder to see as the house is down the slope and behind some trees but the numbers of the address can be viewed from the road.
– The city is able to empty the garbage and recycling bins on Thursday mornings. If the big black garbage bin and recycling bins are full (they should be located in the carport or just outside of the house, if they have not already been brought to the street), please bring the garbage and recycling bins to the street touching the curb anytime on Wednesday evening so they can be emptied early Thursday morning.
